This collection of audio brings you the voices of people talking about the day-to-day realities of living with HIV.

Each testimony focuses on a word attached to a letter of the alphabet. All the people you’ll hear have chosen a word that means something to them.

Many have asked to be anonymous, and others wanted to tell us their names. Some of the testimonies are moving, some will make you laugh. You may even find some of what they say shocking - but this is their reality.

बुलबुल - एउटा ईरानि चरा, उज्यालो ९० नेटवर्कको रात्री प्रस्तुती उत्कृष्ट गजलहरूको साथमा सांगीतिक कार्यक्रम !!! "स्त्रीहरूसितको बार्तालाबलाई नै गजल भनिन्छ" यदी यो परीभाषालाई मान्ने हो भने हाम्रो बार्तालाब सभ्य हुनुपर्दछ, सिल हुनुपर्दछ, माधुर्य र बिराम हुनु जरुरी छ । कुरामा भाबनात्मक्ता, मादक्ता प्रतिबिम्बित हुनुपर्दछ अनी पो बार्तालाबको मिठास रहन्छ, गजल को मिठास रहन्छ । गजलको दोश्रो अर्थ हरिणको त्यो करुनमय स्वर हो । जब उ शिकारी कुकुरहरूको पन्जामा फसेको हुन्छ त्यो अवस्थामा हरिणको घाँटिबाट यति हृदयबिदारक स्वर निस्कन्छ कि शिकारी कुकुरहरूपनी केही पर हट्न थाल्दछन् । हरिणको त्यो स्वर नैरास्यताको प्रतिकृया हो । असहायताको चारमोत्कर्समा प्राण रक्षाको एक प्रयास हो । साहित्यिक शब्दाबलिमा यसैलाई "गजालुल कल्व" अर्थात हरिणको दर्दनाक स्वर भनिन्छ । थप पढ्नुहोस्
