-January 1996 - Hits Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is established.
-April 1996 - Hits Nepal Pvt. Ltd.’s fm radio station, HITS FM, goes on air.
-Presently, Hits FM is on air 24 hours daily on 91.2 Mhz.
